The Ancient Music Week in Estella is one of the oldest cultural programmes organised by the Government of Navarra.
Held every year in September, this event offers a good sample of ancient and medieval, Renaissance and baroque music in concerts by renowned chamber music ensembles and soloists hailing from different countries around the world.
Concerts will take place at the Church of San Miguel, in Estella. In recent editions of this cultural programme, there were lectures and other educational activities as well.
The Ancient Music Week in Estella it is a programme made by the Government of Navarre in colaboration with the councils of Estella, Logroño and Vitoria.
Since 2006, it is part of the European Network of Ancient Music (REMA).
In 2008, the Ancient Music Week of Estella will take place in september from 9 to 14.
