Nafarroako Bertsozale Elkartea organises Bertsoaroa with the aim of ensuring the dissemination and expansion of Bertsolarismo (an art combining story-telling, poetry and music in the Basque language). This association was created in 1987 and works in four areas: transfer, dissemination, research and communication of information. Bertsoaroa takes place in the month of October. The association organises the annual Bertsolaris Championship of Navarre/Nafarroako Bertsolari Txapelketa and the Mariano Izeta Sariketa Award for young bertsolaris.

Founded in 1206, it is the oldest musical institution in Navarre. It participates in the main civil and religious celebrations in the area and enjoys the support of the Symphony Orchestra of Navarre as well as the Pamplona Choral Society. It is directed by Aurelio Sagaseta, the choir's head canon. Its repertoire focuses on religious chamber, choral and orchestral music. It has recorded several CDs of previously unpublished works from the Cathedral's archive.

Established in 1946 by Luis Morondo, and recently honoured with the Medalla al Trabajo (Medal for Labour) by the Ministry of Culture, it is currently participating in a number of festivals and concerts. It has made over one hundred recordings and its quality and prestige are well-known. Every year the Chamber Choir signs an agreement for its continuation and for the Implementation of its programme of activities.

The objectives of the ENT are to provide all-round education in theatrical matters, to keep up the technical and artistic level of the performing arts, to drive and promote research, to put on activities that facilitate the publicising of theatre and to organise courses on related subjects. It undertakes various types of work in order to do so: training, producing and staging plays, research and documentation. The end results of the agreement with the Government of Navarre are technical stage training programmes, children's theatre workshops, summer courses and the Autumn Theatre Season.

The Obanos Passion Play is the interpretation of a medieval legend from the Pilgrim’s Way to Santiago de Compostela. It was first staged in 1965 and since then it has continued to involve the inhabitants of Obanos, who bring more than 800 characters to life. The interpretation of the Passion, mainly done by amateur actors from Obanos and the surrounding area, takes place every two years. The next performances will be from 22 to 29 July 2008.

This festival was created in 2001 to help new filmmakers. Since 2003 it has set out to promote a socially committed and caring type of cinema where there is room for different formats. The festival has four categories of competition: Alternative, Action, Visual Effects and Screenplay.

The Government of Navarre keeps up and agreement with the Gayarre Theatre of Pamplona for an annual programme of dance shows and the production of stage plays. Some outcomes of this cooperation were the productions of Molière's "The Miser" and Chejov's "The Three Sisters".

The Federation of Music Bands of Navarre was created in 2001 and is made up of over thirty groups. Among the association's objectives are the promotion of meetings and cooperation between its members and exchanges with bands from other countries. One of its foremost activities is its participation in the Band Contest of the Sports and Youth Congress.

Founded in 1865, it currently boasts 120 members, including its children's and school choirs, which enables it to take on a diverse range of symphonic and choral repertoires. It has received numerous awards of recognition for its achievements, among them the Prince of Viana First Prize for Culture. Its agreement with the Government of Navarre enables one of the most traditional cultural institutions in the local community to be maintained and a full programme of activities to be carried out.

It was established by the Pamplona violinist Pablo Sarasate in 1879, which makes it the oldest orchestral group still active in Spain. It is currently experiencing one of its finest artistic periods and puts on more than 80 concerts each season. It is a regular participant in international singing and violin competitions. Ernest Martínez Izquierdo has been its Director since 1997.
In 2006 it will receive a grant of 4,000,000 euros for its upkeep and activities.
