In the first two months of 2008, Navarra's exports of goods totalled 1,061.8 million euros, which means a 12.5% y-o-y growth rate. On the other hand, imports amounted to 847.9 million euros (-11.7% y-o-y).

As a result, the balance of trade through February was positive (213.9 million euros) and resulted in a cover rate (the percentage of imports that can be paid for with the money of exports) of 125.2%.
