Divided by main expenditure groups, food has stuck to the negative tendency which began the previous term, while the growth in the group known as "others" slowed down, although not so abruptly as in the previous quarter.
Employment rates were similar to those in Q4, 2007, and investment reflects the highest expectations for this period.
The Navarra Retail Service Survey collects businessmen’s impressions of employment (number of employees and variations), levels of activity (variations in work volume and sales revenues), price evolution (for both supplier and consumer prices), and investment and employment prospects. This qualitative survey is conducted by the Navarra Statistics Institute.
