The Consumer Price Index in Navarra increased by 0,6% in June 2008 as compared to previous month, and by 4,8% y-o-y, which means that the rate was lower than the one registered for the whole country (5%).
In comparison with the previous month, and considering the impact on the overall month index, the most significant increases were registered on: Transports (1,6%), Habitation (1,3%) and Food and non-alcoholic drinks (0,6%) with impact factors of 0,239, 0,129 y 0,110, respectively.
On the contrary, the only decrease were registered on Clothes and shoes (-0,6%), with an impact factor of -0,062.
In relation with changes year-on-year, the items that recorded highest changes were Transports (8,7%) Habitation (8,7%) and Food and non-alcoholic drinks (7,0%). The rest of the items registered no important increases or decreases.
Leisure and Culture, Medicine and Clothes and shoes had a negative variation rate (-0,5%, -0,1% and -0,1% and respectively).
