José Carlos Esparza Sáez.
He was born in Miranda de Ebro (Burgos) the 3rd of November 1954. He is separated and has two children.
He has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences by the University of Deusto.
He is a member of Association of Democrats of Navarre since the party was founded (Convergencia de Democratas de Navarra).
Between 1977 and 1980 he worked at Garbema, a consulting company, in Pamplona, and between 1985 and 1987 he worked at Grupo Copeleche. Between 1980 and 2003 he was responsible for the economic area of the company ASPACE Navarra.
He was management director of the Navarre Institute of Social Welfare (Instituto Navarro de Bienestar Social) between July and December 2003, when he was appointed general director of Social Welfare; he occupied this post up to 2007, when he was appointed councillor of Housing and Ordination of the Territory.
