Carlos Pérez-Nievas López de Goicoechea
Carlos Pérez-Nievas.
Carlos Pérez-Nievas López de Goicoechea was born in Tudela the 5th of October 1966. He is married and has two daughters. He has a degree in Law by the University of Zaragoza and he is a lawyer.
He started his career in 1995, when he opened his own office in Pamplona, focusing on housing, urban tenancy and horizontal property.
In 1998 he became a member of Association of Democrats of Navarre (Convergencia de Democratas de Navarra), becoming secretary of the party in 2001. At the same time, he was a candidate for the mayor’s office in Tudela in Tudela in 1999 and 2003, and he was a member of the parliament and vice president of the Parliament of Navarre in the legislature 2003-2007.
In August 2007 he was appointed councillor of Education of the Government of Navarre.
